The Raw Material Audit (The Foundation)
Quality starts before the first lash is even curled. Before production begins, our Production Manager conducts the first round of material sampling.
We scrutinize the three pillars of a lash tray:
The Lashes: Testing for PBT fiber consistency and curl memory.
The Tape: Ensuring the stickiness is perfect—not too strong to residue, not too weak to lift.
The Cardstock: Checking for printing defects and durability.
Our Rule: If the materials aren’t 100%, the machines don’t start.
In-Process & Pre-Packaging Inspection (The Safety Net)
Our production line operates on a "Self-Correction" logic. At every station, the worker begins by inspecting the work of the previous step. If a defect is found, it is pulled immediately.
Once the lashes are completed but before final packaging, our dedicated QC Team steps in. They perform a box-by-box inspection. If a product shows any sign of poor craftsmanship or a quality flaw, it is sent back for immediate rework. This ensures that every box in your order has been eyes-on verified.
The Sales Representative’s Final "Destructive" Test
This is the step that sets Anrolash apart. Once the goods reach our sales team (your direct point of contact), they act as your final advocate.
The 12-Month Sample Guarantee:During production, we deliberately manufacture extra trays for every model. Your sales representative takes these extra trays and performs destructive testing—pulling lashes, testing fans, and checking root cohesion.
The Proof: These tested samples are kept in our office for one full year. We only discard them once we are certain you are 100% satisfied with the order's long-term performance.
Customized Focus: If you told us you are particularly worried about "messy roots" or "shaky alignment," the sales rep focuses specifically on those details during this final check.
